In a separate development , resident on Holywell Hill Mr Tony Waite has made a formal revocation statement to St. Albans District Council that they are in serious breach of Planning Permission 5/10/0259 .His evidence is now in Announcements. In the right hand picture, with the Abbey Theatre just metres away , we see the on site contractor breaking every rule in the book - a safety nightmare with no legal fencing and notices. NEWBODGE Project Team, where serial incompetence comes as standard- hang your heads in shame! Unfit for purpose both the project and the personnel.
