As an excercise in deadpan "Teflon Testimony " the incompetent in house NEW BODGE SADC team hid behind their report into the McNamara debacle to suggest that

ignorance is an excuse. Parent company Bernard McNamara with liabilities of over one billion pounds owned the chosen "New Bodge " contractor which was put into receivership just 9 days after being appointed by SADC.

So what ? Have a nice day says SADC IN HOUSE PROJECT TEAM - where incompetence comes as standard.
