As of 20 September 2010 , we understand that tenders for the New Lodge development should now have closed . Adjudication of tenders now begins under a formal process where the PoolTooSmall campaign and the people are, in our view ,  marginalised.

PoolTooSmall were refused the business plan  for the project by  St.Albans District Council many weeks ago - but we do have enough financial information in the public domain to ask plenty of questions and form a judgement.

Does the plan stack up financially -no!
