A serious accident to the public on the cards and blatant obstruction of a resident's question by the Project Team. So tonight we ask all the questions of Council Cabinet Chair Robert Donald and Senior Planning Officer Mr Alan Moorhouse .       Unacceptable. You are in breach of the law on several counts- what are you going to do about it, gentlemen?
