In a highly unusual move, O&S Chair Cllr Geffrey Turner has brought forward to 6pm from 7pm the scheduled meeting on Tuesday 14th December 2010.This is to accomodate a debate on a new Westminster Lodge financial report. There has been considerable anger amongst residents about the conduct of the ruling faction of the Council with this project for well over a year now. The NcNamara receivership debacle has raised many questions again about the competence of the Project Team - technically, financially and professionally.
