PoolTooSmall and Civic Society Address Cabinet 10 August 2010.

David's message was that on the waterspace issue , SADC admitted their
inadequate 8 lane proposal  required a new Main  pool elsewhere ( manana sounds about right ) and that SADC  "did not have a clue " what the overload situation on Main or Learner Poolside would be in years 2020, 2030 , 2040 and beyond .Go back to the drawing board and be better for it !
Peter Trevelyan's  message was that PoolTooSmall were irrefutably correct in their submissions. Legal permissions for construction on the land necessary to expedite the project had not been obtained by SADC and it brought up further issues yet to be addressed .
